Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at  Due to the fact that most orders are shipped from Kazakhstan, it isn't practical to return items.  If the item you received was damaged, broken, didn't arrive or did not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will offer a refund, store credit or a replacement.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on weight for most items.  There are some items that because of the size or weight, will have it's own shipping amount such as a full size dombra.  Because items are being shipped from Kazakhstan, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  If you need expedited services such as Pony Express or DHL, please let us know and we will work with you to try and get your items to you faster.  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  You may log into and put your number in the "search" area to see the status of your package.  Although the KZ Post has is more reliable than it used to be, they are still not as automated as the USPS.  It might take up to 2 weeks from the time a package is received at the KZ post office, clears "customs" and leaves for the destination country.  Unfortunately we don't have a lot of control over how long the process will take.  In some cases, you may be able to use your tracking number with the USPS - tracking system.
